Just think, when this beautiful venue was young, the M4, let alone Junction 11, or fast rail links from London and Heathrow from Reading, didn't exist. And once there again today, you'll feel as if they don't again. Such is the solitary splendour of Wokefield Park.

Set in 250 acres of mature parkland, the Mansion is an elegant country house with a tastefully purpose built wing for conferences and meetings. The stunning Maple Restaurant with its own private terrace overlooking magnificent grounds is the perfect venue for that special occasion, whether it is a wedding, a Christmas Party or celebration event. The Old Lounge and the Palmer rooms are ideal for smaller, more intimate occasions. All 53 Mansion House bedrooms are recently refurbished to a very high standard - all are ensuite and enjoy wonderful views of the estate.

We have earned an enviable reputation for the standard of our cuisine and have a range of menus available to cater for every taste. Add to this a splendid wine cellar and you have all the ingredients necessary for a successful event.

And for those who prefer the great outdoors, there are the wide open spaces of the Park to enjoy, including fishing in the lake and the superb 18 hole golf course, driving range and practice greens. The back lawns lend themselves wonderfully to croquet and to all types of teambuilding events. For the more adventurous, Wokefield Park is home to the UK's largest high ropes course.
