This fast-talking, wisecracking Glaswegian is a legend on the after-dinner circuit and is known throughout the country simply as THE DOC.

Never short of something to say Tommy’s views on the world of football are constantly sought out by radio, television and most of the daily newspapers.

Few others have his track record in the game - he won 25 international caps playing for Scotland and managed football clubs all over the world, including Manchester United, Chelsea, QPR, Derby County, Oporto, Wolves, Aston Villa, Preston, Sydney Olympic and Scotland, in fact, he claims to have had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus!
