Set in 400 acres of parkland, this Grade II listed building offers modern comforts in a timeless setting, with a choice of conference rooms available for a variety of meetings and functions up to 120 delegates. The hotel has seven function rooms and two syndicate rooms. The function rooms located within the main prior building retain many original features, including a Minstrel's Gallery in the Haslam Room and oak panelling with an original fireplace in the Breadsall Room.

The Pavilion Room is located in a separate building away from the main hotel. With its own entrance and bar, events taking place in this function room can be run independently from the main hotel. All of the function rooms have high ceilings and natural daylight. A field is available for team building events.

The hotel is located in the heart of the country and supported by an excellent road, rail and air infrastructure. The M1 motorway is only a ten minute drive away, Derby train station 4 miles from the hotel and Nottingham East Midlands airport approximately 15 miles away.
