Lights Camera Action

Fun-based team building activity normally running over an afternoon and evening. Teams establish roles, plan their production, write a script and later perform live for the camera. Themes are film related (Austin Powers, Scary Movie, Thunderbirds etc) and can be based around a corporate message or product. After dinner, following the ‘movie premieres’, voting cards are completed and an ‘Oscars’ award ceremony concludes the evening in true Hollywood style.

What's Involved.

Lights Camera Action is a two-part event with the main activity taking place during the afternoon, culminating with an award ceremony after dinner. Guests are organised into teams, with each one selecting an envelope to give them their selected film type and theme (or advertisement or corporate message if required). All the equipment and technical assistance is provided for teams to then go off and put their ideas together and produce their short movie. Later in the evening guests reconvene, joining the celebrity filled audience of directors, critics and actors for the big screen debuts. The event concludes in true Hollywood style with an awards ceremony, with the presentation of the 'Oscars', as voted for by the guests.
