Adrian Chiles
Adrian Chiles presents BBC1's new early evening current affairs magazine programme, The ONE Show, which returns to the screen in spring 2007, and BBC2's daily business and consumer programme, Working Lunch. He also presents Match of the Day 2 on Sunday nights on BBC2.
Adrian recently hosted BBC 2’s hit show The Apprentice : You’re Fired and also played a key part in the BBC’s presenting team covering the 2006 WORLD CUP in Germany. Later this year he will be hosting a new quiz show called Perfect Strangers on BBC2.
Adrian’s radio show Chiles on Saturday for Radio 5 Live won the Sports category Gold Medal At the Sony Radio Awards 2002. Adrian also presents 606, Radio 5 Live’s football phone-in.
He’s written and presented a number of other programmes for BBC1 including Royal Millions, a look at the royal family’s finances, as well as special reports on banking for Panorama and documentaries about the millennium bug and European Union food policy.
For BBC2 Adrian wrote and presented 20 editions of So What Do You Do All Day – a look at how some of the world’s most successful people spend their days. In 2003 he also fronted a documentary about Britain’s richest Asians, Asian Millionaires.
